Who are you and what do you do?
I’m Débora and I’m archaeologist. I work with a research team that has focused his research on the study of hunter-gatherer’s societies. This a very interesting subject, because the 99% of our history we have been hunter-gatherer’s and because nowadays they are practically extinct. In particular, I work with a technique that allows identifying vegetable remains, where apparently they have not been preserved (the phytolith analysis).

In my discography there is always... The Black Album of Metallica.
When I arrive at home, what I first do is…. Take my shoes off, prepare a tea and check my mail (the personal one, at home the professional one hardly never).
Among my books there is always space for … A little bit of everything: From a funny book by Eduardo Mendoza or Tom Sharpe, to classic Russian literature, journeys literatures, etc,…
My favourite place to get lost is... the Gothic district in Barcelona.
To escape there is nothing better than … meet with friends and talk, and talk and talk…. or invite them home and cook for them.
A special city... Moscow, because its architecture, the quality of its museums and also because of its wonderful tube.
