INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE RECERCA EN ACCIÓ PORTAL AND ITS CONTENTS

The Recerca en Acció portal, including its name and structure, the configuration of the database, the design of the portal, indexes and source code in any programming language, is the property of the Agency for Management of University and Research Grants (AGAUR), an entity affiliated to the Ministry of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise, and is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights which are protected by current legislation.

All the contents of this portal, including information, text, images, graphic design, layout, sound, video, etc., is the property of the authors cited in each case and is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Where no author is indicated, the content is the property of the Recerca en Acció portal.

The authors have given their permission for AGAUR to publish and use the content within the framework of the Recerca en Acció portal, in accordance with the conditions detailed below.

Any of the contents of the Recerca en Acció portal may be distributed and publicly communicated provided that the author and portal are cited, and it is not used for any commercial purpose or derivative work. Alterations or changes to the contents are totally prohibited.

AGAUR will create a database to store any personal details sent to us, for the exclusive purpose of providing the specific service for which the details were requested, in accordance with Articles 5 and 11.2 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations implementing it. These details are used to analyse the profile of users in order to improve the portal.

In accordance with Article 5 of this Law, you are hereby informed of the existence of this database, the property of AGAUR, Via Laietana, 28, 2a planta, Barcelona 08003, created for the exclusive purpose of managing data for the purposes for which it was requested, and so that you may exercise your rights under said Law 15/1999, notwithstanding any other applicable legislation.

The information you provide may not be used for any other purpose, divulged or passed on to third parties. The information will not be used for any commercial purpose. You may at any time exercise your right to access, consult or rectify the data, in accordance with current legislation.

Personal details are only stored for as long as they are needed for the purposes of the service requested.
